Multi-Function Recorders
DESCRIPTION
The Multi-Function Recorders — or Multi-IO Recorders — provide a combination of recording capabilities, which makes it possible to combined functionality from multiple Galleon Recorders into one recorder tailored for your needs. Galleon can combine a plethora of recorders. Common XSR Combined IO Recorders:
– Gigabit Ethernet Data Recorder and Rugged Serial FPDP Recorder
– HD Video Recorder and Gigabit Ethernet Data Recorder
– 10GbE Recorder and Gigabit Ethernet Data Recorder
The extremely rugged and Size, Weight, Power and Cost (SWaP-C) optimized design makes it ideal for deployed applications in manned and unmanned aerial systems, test pods, flight test, ground vehicles, and more. Rugged connectors for all interfaces ensure reliable operation.
Removable storage enables very short downtime for applications and instant access to recorded data in the ground access system without the need to download the recorded data over a slow data drain interface. Industry standard SSDs are used to benefit from the ever increasing storage densities and cost reductions as the technology evolve.
The recorders have simple C++ APIs for remote control over a dedicated Gigabit Ethernet connection. Optional AES 256–bit encryption provides a high level of data security with flexible key loading options, including remote loading over a secure network connection through a dedicated key management Ethernet port. Further security enhancements such as quick erase and military erase are supported.
Galleon Embedded Computing’s quality management system is certified to Aerospace Standard AS/EN 9100:2016 and ISO 9001:2015.
